To anyone that may not know, my personal and BoF site got hacked. I had hoped that I could resolve this quick and easily but it looks like it might take weeks for Google to notice me and get everything repaired. Rest assured that once Google quits labeling www.bofcomic.com as "malicious" I'll get everything up again.
Aside from that technical hiccup, I also have not been posting comics for a really long time. I don't think it is as dramatic as "i don't want to do it anymore" I just think that times, thoughts, and feelings are a bit different for me in my personal life right now.
My hopes are that Google will change my negative marks, my brain will find humor and inspiration again and all will progress ahead again.
Until then, Thanks to everyone who reads, posts, tells friends, copies comics, shares, laughs, groans, and generally enjoys the hell out of BoF.
You are all Wonderful.

Wow, Three years of Best of Friends. It seemed like so much longer than three years ago that I made this first comic:
And it seems like it has been a long time since I kept up with posting on a weekly basis.
Unlike Jesus, I am only human. I have human feelings, emotions, thoughts, ideas, struggles and problems. Sometimes I have more of those things and sometimes I don't have any of those things.
It seems like Best of Friends comes and goes with many things in my life, and I hope that at least for one or two of you, it has been a fun part of your life too.
I have no clue what will be up in the future for these two. If you told me in 2006 that I would still be doing this three years from now I would probably not have believed you.
Hopefully things change enough that the posts become a little more regular.

| BoF At Wizard World |

I know, I know. I haven't been posting every weekend. Life has a way of giving you 20 things to do and 7 days to do them in and since I am not the big guy, I can't get the world created in that time. Anyway . . .
If you are near Chicago on June 26th stop on down to the Wizard World Comic convention because I will be there in the artist's area with some Best of Friends stuff to say Hi to the masses.
My good friend and a wonderful artist Kelly Howlett has an artist table there and was kind enough to share it with me so I can have my first Comic Con experience from the other side of the table.
Come say hello, check out the fun, do whatever else it is people do at comic conventions!

| Unfortunate News |

A few weeks ago, I received a letter from NBC requesting that I stop using the name of this comic because they already own the rights to it for their Friends TV show "best of" DVD box sets.
I have chosen not to fight because I know they will win.
Instead I have chosen a new name and made a new web site so that Jesus and Buddha can carry on (hopefully) without anymore trouble from NBC.
The feel will be the same as before, only the name has changed. Click the below link to see for yourself (as the original BoF site no longer is up.)
I hope you enjoy, and thanks to those who stick with me through this change.
